Our approach to coaching senior engineers
01 We match each engineer with a coach
We get to know each individual we match them with a coach experienced in engineering management, specifically matched to their preferences and goals.
02 1-hour coaching sessions 2x-monthly
These sessions are with a hand-picked expert from our roster and cover targeted content from our curated curriculum. Individuals are offered 6 months of coaching, then their seat is rotated to another newly promoted IC.Coaching subscriptions cost $400-500 per person per month.
03 Team members grow their skillset and career
You’ll be able to access a dashboard of insights into your team’s growth over time. Sessions are recorded on our platform to aggregate insights and inform future learning.
