Leaders should present their roadmaps to relevant cross-functional partners, the team and leadership, and tie each high-level strategic goal to the company's objectives. The roadmap should cover areas of focus, sync with functional leaders, and highlight cross-team dependencies. Additionally, leaders should write down estimated timing for completion and key stakeholders impacted for each project.
